Bioscience in Oro Valley

The Town of Oro Valley houses a burgeoning bio and life sciences sector that includes Roche Tissue Diagnostics, the University of Arizona College of Veterinary Medicine, the Oro Valley Hospital, Sigmalabs and others, all of which are contributing to a healthy local economy. These critical employers continue to generate a synergy that is leading to more bioscience sector interest in Oro Valley and the surrounding region.

Bioscience employment is anchored by Roche Tissue Diagnostics, with 1800 employees, Oro Valley Hospital and MEGGITT , with 500 and 130 employees, respectively.
