Planning and Permitting

The Town of Oro Valley Community and Economic Development department takes great pride with its relationship with local businesses and primary employers. To that end, CED strives to create a concierge-style process where customers are provided necessary assistance during every step of the way.

  • Pre-application meetings that don't bind developers to a certain development plan

  • Pre-construction meetings to ensure permitting and inspection expectations are explained and understood

  • Post-construction support by the department’s Economic Development Specialist related to business licensing, grand openings, and the OVNextSteps Business Support Program

Additionally, CED offers expedited permitting options.
