Results from the SaddleBrooke–Oro Valley HOA #2 Resident Survey are helping shape Oro Valley’s economic development priorities and future business recruitment strategy.
The survey, conducted in collaboration with SaddleBrooke leadership, received 909 responses and provided insight into healthcare access, dining and retail preferences, mobility patterns, and resident communication preferences.
Following presentation of the findings to both HOA #1 and HOA #2 Boards, the Town and SaddleBrooke leadership are advancing a coordinated, phased engagement approach to validate the data and gather additional qualitative input. The process will combine resident feedback with market and consumer analytics to better align business recruitment efforts and partnership strategies with community needs.
This collaborative, data-driven initiative strengthens the SaddleBrooke–Oro Valley partnership while informing future economic development planning and service alignment.
Details regarding the phased engagement framework are expected to be announced in the coming months through SaddleBrooke HOA communication channels.
